MOLDING
1、 Purpose scope: To use vibration molding method to make raw anode blocks from paste. It mainly consists of a molding feeding system, a molding machine, and a cooling and conveying system.
2、 The molding adopts a three-station vibration molding machine. After molding, it enters the cooling water tank through a suspension chain. When the blocks are produced, the surface quality is checked. Those that do not meet the requirements are not allowed to proceed to the next process.
3、 Technical conditions
1. Forming temperature: 160 ± 5 ℃.
2. Vibration time: 50-90 seconds.
3. Vibration amplitude: 2-3mm.
4. During normal production, the eccentricity angles of the eccentric block are 90 °, 105 °, and 135 °, with a speed of 1800 rpm.
5. Bulk density of green blocks: above 1.60g/cm.
6. Carbon block size: 1520 × seven hundred and ninety × 550 ± 15mm, weight: 1030Kg.
7. Production capacity: 15-25 blocks/hour.
4、 Pre operation inspection
Before starting the equipment, the materials attached to the transfer plate, vibrating feeder, weighing funnel, and pressure head should be removed.
2. Check if the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank meets the specified requirements. It is strictly prohibited to mix impurities in the tank, and the hydraulic system is strictly prohibited from leaking oil. Open the cooling valve of the hydraulic oil tank.
3. Check whether all components of the suspension chain are operating normally and whether the lubrication is normal.
4. Each oil injection part of the molding machine should be filled with the corresponding lubricating oil required by the design and maintenance regulations.
5. Set the weighing funnel in the control room to weigh the material and set the vibration time.
6. Check the water level in the carbon block cooling water tank and open the cooling water replenishment valve.
7. Before equipment operation, preheat the mold and hammer.
5、 Production operations
1. The operation of the molding machine is carried out in the molding control room, which is divided into automatic and manual control. During maintenance and testing, manual operation must be used, and automatic operation is used during normal production.
2. The suspension chain system can be operated individually or automatically on the on-site operation box.
3. At the beginning of production, the paste may not be qualified, and the unqualified material should be discharged and not enter the vibrating machine.
After passing the inspection, the paste will enter the molding machine for molding.
4. The molding operation should be in frequent contact with the mixing and kneading center control, paying attention to the amount of asphalt and the mixing and kneading temperature.
During production operations, close attention should be paid to the operation of various parts of the equipment and the indicator lights on the simulation board, paying attention to whether the voltage, current, hydraulic temperature, compressed air, cooling water flow rate, and pressure are normal.
6. Hydraulic oil should be maintained at 30-40 ℃ and should not exceed 50 ℃.
7. The cooling water inside the rod hole should be cleaned thoroughly.
