Calconing process
CALCONING PROCESS
Purpose scope: To use a tank calciner to heat and calcine petroleum coke to meet quality requirements. Mainly including calcination feeding, tank furnace calcination system, and calcined coke transportation equipment.
1、 Technical conditions
1. The temperature of the first layer flue is 1150-1300 ℃, with a negative pressure of 10-30Pa. 12pa
2. The temperature of the third or fourth layer flue is 1150-1300 ℃, and the negative pressure is 20-80Pa. 60pa
3. The average temperature of the flue shall not exceed 800 ℃, and individual measurement points shall not exceed 1000 ℃. The temperature of the flue with a waste heat boiler shall not exceed 300 ℃.
4. The outlet temperature of the cooling water in the discharge tank should be lower than 60 ℃, and the temperature of the discharged coke after forging should be lower than 250 ℃.
5. The true density of the calcined coke shall not be less than 2.04g/cm3, the powder resistivity shall not exceed 650 Ω· mm/m, the volatile content shall be less than 0.5%, the ash content shall be less than 0.6%, and the moisture content shall be less than 0.5%.
2、 Production operations
Under normal production conditions, each shift should add materials at regular intervals to ensure that there is a tight seal on the furnace head, and empty furnace heads are not allowed.
2. Adjust the discharge amount based on the quality of the calcined coke, and discharge less frequently to keep the materials in the furnace in a constantly moving state. The interval between two discharges should not exceed 10 minutes.
3. Regularly clean the main and vertical channels of volatile matter to keep them unobstructed. Make full use of volatile matter and try to burn it in the first and second layers of the fire channel. Only those equipped with waste heat boilers are allowed to burn excess volatile matter in the final layer of the flue.
When there is a power outage, water outage, smoke exhaust machine shutdown, or no raw materials, the discharge should be stopped, and the height of the material surface should be above the furnace neck. When the production is stopped for a short period of time (1-2 days), the flue temperature should be maintained above 1000 ℃. When the production is stopped for more than three days, the flue temperature should be kept at 900 ± 20 ℃ for insulation.
During the temperature adjustment process, it is necessary to regularly check the combustion situation inside the flue, adjust the fuel and air ratio in a timely manner according to temperature changes, and promptly deal with flue blockage and air leakage.
3、 Equipment inspection: The screws of the equipment are fixed tightly, there is no water leakage in the calcination furnace water tank, the crushing and discharging equipment operates normally, the vibration conveying and lifting equipment is normal, the lubrication of each lubrication point is good, and the temperature of each motor and bearing should not exceed 60 ℃.
